Best Handwriting App for Windows Tablets

The ranking of these note taking and handwriting apps for Windows tablets is subjective. My favourites are OneNote, Bamboo Paper and Concepts.

A very good app for taking notes is inkodo, it is very complete to be free. I'm trying to use Bamboo Paper, but sometimes it doesn't recognize what I typed and just ends up drawing lines. I don't know if it's a problem with the HP Active Pen, but it only happens with this app, in concepts it works very well.

I am searching for cross-platform note app that have contextual search. I mean searching typed text not handwritten. Anyone know of such an app ? I like OneNote but search doesn’t work like in MS Word for example …

I use OneNote, it's good but I don't like when it slightly shifts my strokes when I write with a pen.

Google Handwriting tool is much better than Windows Handwriting tool... Windows Handwriting tool does not work properly, when you type in other languages, you cannot understand handwriting properly no matter how well you write... Hindi. Like in other languages, there is still a lot of problem in writing its handwriting… once it needs to update Windows properly… along with Hindi language, there should also be an English suggestion so that sometime in between we can write English words. Can also write to. Google's handwriting tool works very well, but Windows should also work in the same way... Tab should also appear along with Enter in the typing tool or there should also be a sketch of Tab... so that on software like Excel, TAB and Can work quickly with Enter.
