I got to give a big shout out to Collin over at Tower Hobbies. I had several issues when I received this car. But all it took was one phone call to Collin and he got all the issues resolved within a couple of days. This is one beautiful machine and I can't wait to do the radar runs on it. But unfortunately I won't be able to them until next spring. I live in Wisconsin and it's snowing now. So until then, I hope you have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

Thanks for the Time and Effort you spent to Show this thing Off. This Vid is a couple years old now and some of the Tech was Already Outdated back then and Tower Still Selling the Exact Same Model to this day, Charging WAY TOO MUCH Compared to Other Offerings out there. I mean WTF with the 8 Freaking Batteries in the Transmitter LOL.. I hope Hobao has At Least changed out the Tx by now... Otherwise a Very Nice Rig and again, Thanks!

Hey love the car. I have a Habao Hyper Vs on 6s I use a Futaba 3pv remote. For cars that are that fast and powerful. You would get a much better driving experience with an upgraded remote that way you can adjust your brakes for smooth stops. And also be able to adjust the expo and munch more. With a 22t on 6s that thing is going to be a missile. Mine went 82mph with a 22t and the stock spur.

the bridge that you do when you put the 6s lipo, comes in the box for xt60 connectors I do not understand if it is in T model thanks

Thanks for this review, John you hit every idea I was thinking of the up grading of this rc cause it has been on my radar at Tower and yes that radio must go (8 batteries why?). But I think I will drop a 8s ESC in what do you think and does it come with a optional speed pinion?

Hey John, I got super lucky. I won a bid on EBay for one of these for a price you won't believe...it was brand new, but I'm having a problem with the failsafe. I cannot get it to work. Followed instructions to the tee, but no luck. Been trying to get in touch with Hobao USA, but again no luck. Any ideas?

Very nice. Planning to get one next month. I thought Tower Hobbies has the esc listed as 150 amp. Did you purchase the $479, $499 or $549 model? That may be the difference.
