It actually makes sense with Seth, he constantly stutters and has anxiety whenever he speaks, which goes to show he is hiding something, and he's not good at being deceptive.

Seth doesn't seem bright. Bad liar. And aside from Lucy being a great cop, she's a people person who has a degree is Psychology. Being a people person, she would notice microexpressions & slight change in tones, even when she doesnt immediately realize it. Details not adding up thay she cant unnotice. Shift in vibe, etc.

Two possibilities, he really has a disease, a mental one, is called mythomania. Or the worst one, he's a killer trying to get to the archives about him cause only the pollice have access to those and potentially delete them. Don't think they try to kill lucy twice (I know they will, but the other options are more juicy imo)
