If one of you both noticed the Relationship started to become bad, going down hill and having lots of problems. Don't break up, fix it instead. Start the romance again. Talk/ Communicate about it. Don't give silence treatment, it doesn't help to improve the Relationship.

Be loyal and honest with each others. Don't lie and cheat on each others. No one likes it. That's the most selfish thing.

Understand each others. Communicate helps both of you guys to improve knowing each others more, know what they like and dislike

Focus on how they are now. The past is the past and we're living in the present now.

Understand why they get emotional for example jealous, overthink, upset and mad. This is common in a relationship. They do this cause they love you and worried about you.

Respect each others. Put them on your first priority. Don't hide each others. Be proud of having them being your lover

Many people thought that a healthy relationship means Relationship that doesn't have arguments and downhill stuff. This why there are so many relationship failed.
