Nothing of what you describe works. All is up to date, no detection of second monitor (which works fine if used alone, cables all crossed checked with both monitors). No way to get them to work together. Win11

Last week my I completed a number of driver updates, but for some reason, my dual monitors stopped working. Per your video, the selection @2:52 to update the driver did not work because my driver had already been updated. But I tried anyway, it said the driver was the latest, and then I re-plugged my Thunderbolt back into my laptop, and the dual monitors came on.
Maybe selecting the driver update again was necessary to get my duals back online? I find computers have redundancies that require these things at times. Thanks, your video helped because I was going to take my new laptop into my computer repair shop, which probably would have cost me nearly $200.00.

Win11 takes us back 10 years. My wide screen curved from Sam simple disappeared. Tried everything and went back to Win10. 4 hours of drivers, searching for solutions and generally fixing something that was never broke until Microsoft came along… This video is no help.

So my MS Surface Pro 5 with Windows 11 (from eBay) does not detect my second monitor. It perceives it as a "USB Video Device", a.k.a. a camera. Please help! My monitor is a Dell E2014H.

If you are like me, none of these steps worked. so i went and bought a USB type C to HDMI extension and it worked. Try that guys.

I did everything mentioned here, still no luck. Weird thing is that it used to work, now it doesn't. I have an HP laptop with a j5 docking station with two LG monitors connected through HDMI cables (in case anyone else has any other words of wisdom)

i updated the driver but it still dousent work the screen is on but its mirrored and i cant exstend when i go to display settings i also dont have the screen icons at the top. when i try to detect other display it still says no displays detected

my monitor works until I click, extend these displays as opposed to 'duplicate'. Then external monitor says 'no video input' Any advice?

I have had this issue in Windows 11 where the File Explorer breaks, crashes, and doesn't respond all the time, any fix for that?
