The greed of landlords is unmatched. Hatching up these old buildings into smaller and smaller spaces. But then again, the property taxes there are insane, so it’s not all the landlord‘s fault.

I'm from Tennessee and hearing the prices on NY apartments is MIND BLOWING... I live in a 3 bedroom 3bath home with a basement paved circle driveway on almost 2 acres and my mortgage is $775...Lord Have Mercy I don't know how people can afford to live in NY 🤯
