I agree transitioning is very hard however if you do a lot of self care it's not as hard as what you think it is but self-care part is debating on if you want to get out of bed debating on if you want to do something with yourself like enjoy what you're doing in life manage your time outside everything I have moments in my day that works really hard too and then I do a lot of self care during the day and it seems to get a little bit better but then the next morning it's more difficult again so you just got to be strong you got to work through it and eventually it'll play itself out and you'll get to the point where you're going to wonder why it was so hard that's just me though.

I remind myself everyday how far I have come and that my worst days now are better than the best days before because I am no longer hiding myself away. It’s not easy but everyday I lay back down to sleep I know I have won another battle.
