this is such the perfect topic because I am currently struggling with this. I've been so fired up about my commitment to Him. but recently, I don't have time for him and just fell out of place. but this is a great reminder to get back w him because God is always waiting on me to spend time w him. This message literally could not have come at a better time. I'm going through a challenging season where i'm being tested and stretched like never before and it has made me doubt God a lot, but this message reminded me of how God has miraculously changed my heart and opened my eyes before and that He will do it again if i just commit to His word <3

I’m severely committed to God and people call me
Religious bc I want to live by His Word and I want His understanding for my life and NOTHING else I want to OBEY and do nothing else. I’m never going to be perfect which is such a burden that I can’t just 100% obey I still sometimes have a bad attitude or get prideful within, and God helps me so much by His Spirit but honestly I feel like a “fish out of water” no pun intended. I just feel like I don’t belong anywhere in this world. I just want to live w Him the way He wants and I do but the ridicule or disagreements and confusion that comes from it can be really really hard.

Pretty late to the party on this post, but i was recently struggling with really bad anxiety and some depression the past year and it was at it worst this past weekend. I felt so hopeless and was having suicidal thoughts. But after just praying continuously and listening to some of your messages, i realized that its not a question of “why” am i going through this, but “what” is God trying to show me.

I had spent time away from God and put him on the backplate for a year and fell back into lust of the flesh and smoking weed.

Ive come to the realization though that God has allowed me to go through this season so that i can come out stronger than before and to bring Him glory in the process. Im so thankful for this because he has answered my prayera. He’s woken me from my slumber and has freed me completely from lust, weed, and my anxiety.

Yes i still have some thoughts here and there, but as i think it says in corinthians, give every thought captive to the Lord

I have always loved to sing 💖. I remember as a kid I'd see monsters and sing my Jesus my saviour lord there is none like you....over and over to stay safe I was scared my whole life. I became a born again Christian in these last 2 years but from late last year I suddenly felt this pull towards doing more for God. I sacrifice my time each night to sing spontaneous gospel music. I absolutely feel such a difference in my heart since praising God and even when I feel like doing something else I put God first. But I still need to pray first thing in the morning and meditate on his word first thing also. I'm also trying to read the word before bed too. I feel like since sacrificing my time to praise, read the word and pray not just for my family but for all God's children for the war to end, for empathy and the love of God to return to the earth, I am praying for a great revival and for God to awaken within me. Thanks again your helping me so much being led by the holy spirit. You guys are very humble and as a newbie disciple of Jesus you are both helping me in my journey. Love you guys ❤️

I love seeing Gods work through y’all! Staying grounded in your faith and being doers of the word instead of just hearers is inspiring. Also in the BREATHLESS video I started thinking about how God allows y’all to be better parents. Yall having a relationship with God holds you accountable and convicts you when you don’t show up in your kids lives how He has commanded. So for y’all to take it a step further by proactively thinking about how y'alls relationship with your kids can affect how they see God is so powerful. Children who grow up in faith and end up turning away from their faith seem to have a trend of blaming God for how their parents treated them. When in reality even our parents are broken sinful humans. Just because they’ve accepted God their life doesn’t mean they fully accepted Him into every aspect like parenting. In contrast, the fact y’all try to avoid blurring the lines and teach them in the way they should go is beautiful. And it shows discipline. I can tell it’s something y’all are working at and it’s not easy, but it’s worth it. Y’alls kids will continue to fall deeply in love with God and have a healthy outlook on God. 😇❤️
