Wartales Prisoner Guide - How To Capture Outlaws & Earn Money Fast!

In this video, I will show you how to Capture outlaws in Wartales. This will be a guide on how to make money fast or collect Krowns fast as side job by bringing Bandits and Deserters to the Prison. In return, you will get a nice amount of extra money as reward. Hunt for deserters, bandits or outlaws and capture them with Chains. I'll give you some bonus tips on how to avoid prisoners from escaping from your camp as well. Good luck bounty hunting!

The most difficult part is not killing your prisoners. Companions with the ability to force enemies to engage in combat without attacking them are most useful for this purpose, as the enemy has to be engaged in combat to capture him. An example is Bears with the "roar" ability.

The stocks blueprint isn't in the Tiltren gaol. I lost a prisoner twice and recaptured him but he escaped again when his distrust was at 40%. I found you can stack camp items around him and he won't try to escape but eventually he will just knock out one of your companions and escape that way. Strangely, putting a horse behind the meat rack stopped the guy from escaping from the his meat rack duties.

I don't know if it was changed later in an update, but as of Nov 23 the Stocks blueprint is not sold in the jail in Tiltren, it's in another region. I won't spoil it here but if you want to know you can find it. When I finally built mine it can only hold one prisoner, and I see that there is either an upgrade to let it hold more. When you examine prisoner's you can see their escape chance and also the likelihood that they attempt an escape next turn.

So i noticed healing them and cutting their hait improves their trust, are there any other ways? Its been a couple weeks in game now and they're still not ready to join me.

Also, if you have wolfs and/or you put the prisoner at the campfire his eacape prob. will decrease dramaticlly

Can you make some guides for people who aren't high ranking and rich? For example I am rank 5 with a high wanted rating, and not much money. I want to reduce my wanted ranking but I'm always being engaged in combat, and then I can't feed/heal my guys.

in my playthru she doesnt sell me the stocks blueprint, the one that does not allow prisoners to escape when resting. Is there anywhere else i can get the stock blueprint?

Does the enemy have to be engaged to capture?

Don't fix the prisoners' injuries if you don't want them to escape - being injured keeps them at 80% escape ability. This goes to 100% if you fix their injuries and you get no benefit from doing that, if you aren't going to try to turn them into a companion. It takes ages to turn one into a companion, and during that time they escape. How do you give the prisoners a drink? Mine are "well fed" and I always put a drink in the food, but nothing else special happens.

How you can recruit the prisoners? I’m afraid I can’t find this option at all :(

Why don’t just do quest though? Easy quest are usually at least 240 gold.
