The answer is simple actually, if you want a 3 camera device and a pro model, 12 pro max. If the case type is liked, Pro Max, but if an up-to-date model is desired, 14 Plus due to the advantage of the A15 chip. However, if anyone is using 12 pro max and is thinking of upgrading to 14 Plus, I would advise against doing so. The upgrade model from this device must be 14 pro minimum.

If I had to choose, I would choose the 12 Pro Max. It has the triple camera setup and premium build. The 14 Plus and 12PM have the same display brightness and hertz. The notch May be smaller but honestly I wouldn’t care since they don’t use the extra space and now since iOS 16, you can see your battery percentage.

Stick with the 12 Pro Max, no need to upgrade. Just wait till the 15. Not much of a difference tbh.

I say more, i upgraded 12 pro max to 14 pro max one week ago, and there is no much difference, overall 14 pro max is maybe 20-30% better. 120hz is nice but it’s not super clean, i think we need something like 240hz or even more. If someone of you have 12 pro max you can easly stay on this phone for next 2 years. Differences are not that big as you think!

This is has been a very interesting video. I am surprised by your results. I upgraded from 12 pro max to 14 pro max. Looks like I could have gone with the 14 plus and enjoyed it more.😮I find I don’t need the 3 cameras. The phone is very heavy because of the cameras and and I care more about the battery life. My 12 pm battery life was poor. I wish I had seen this before buying the 14 pm. Oh, and I prefer the notch over the dynamic island. Great video!

I think what most people don’t realise is that the 14 and 14 Plus are the future of all iPhones, being completely redesigned on the inside. 14pros use the old design. Compare the rear glass replacement costs…. I have a 14 Plus, upgraded from an 8, no regrets at all.

Nice better buy comparison. Had the iPhone 14 Plus had a better Refresh Rate then definitely would chosen this ahead of iPhone 12 Pro Max.

The reason that you've got to compare the 14 plus with almost all pro and pro max series be it 12, 13 or 14. Just shows how strong the phone realy is. On a day to day basis most of the things don't really matter, 14 plus is a solid buy

I’ve had the 12ProMax since it came out. I’m looking at these videos wondering if I should upgrade to the 14 Plus (I still want the bigger screen). Thankfully I DID look at these videos. Because the 14 isn’t anything worth upgrading to. I’m glad my phone will last a few more years

I am already using iPhone 14 plus in India 627 doller difference with 14 pro max so yeah I am 100% satisfied with longest battery life, awesome camera performance, action mode, photonic engine everything what I want is have this phone lighther weight feel in hand.

I have loved my 12pro for quite some time. It gets laggy at times, battery is bad. Like now, I’m already at 7% at noon and it charged all night! And the phone gets very hot. I think it’s time to move to 14 plus.

The 12 pro max is 700$ in sweden with 80% battery. If you change it its 850$

Id prefer to pay a little more and get the 14 plus (new)

However when the 12 pro max is 400$ im interested.
