If you can see at 6:00 is the same phone at music/sound....he is testing the same phone on yt for sound and that one is 12 Pro max, the speaker is in the screen if you look closer

So just to sum up. Same phone with “new” updates you won’t probably see or differentiate from the last model. Is apple ever going to innovate or just continue copying the competition and release those features a year or two years later with a different name…
