Email to Text & SMS in Outlook

In this step-by-step tutorial, learn how you can send and receive text messages directly from within Microsoft Outlook. Text messages include SMS and MMS messages. Along with sending and receiving SMS, you'll learn how to create contacts so you don't have to remember phone numbers when texting. Next, we look at how to create a group of contacts so you can quickly text a large number of people. We look at how to create a rule so when you receive an important email message, you'll also receive a text message. Lastly, you'll also learn how to set up the respond to address, so when someone responds to your email or text, you can direct it to your phone to get your attention.
