Great review! We’ve loved ours as well. We’d echo the challenges with getting it to temp for baking. We’ve done a few baked goods but like it more for Dutch oven slow cooker recipes.

Hi great video. Thanks for the run-down on how you use an extra thermometer for the oven and also that closing the top flap will help circulate the heat around the oven. I was wondering why mine was staying around 100°C.
I love my stove. Having the bigger firebox to heat my place is working as intended.

Hello, I have the exact Woodstove. I was wondering how hot (temperature) can I run it? I seem to have alot of creosote.

Our inspector wouldn't even inspect ours without us stamp when I replied well what if it was made in 1800's and worth 1/2 million dollars lol he didn't care such crap borrowed friends little stove with stamp got insp an took it back out an put mine back in 🖕🏽them insp more than one way to fix that problem lmao

That is the smallest oven I've ever seen on any wood cook stove who cares about the Firebox if you can't cook in it
