Great video! My only experience with HSBC as a lender is years ago in the 90’s when they were the carrier for the Best Buy store card.

I have 2 of HSBC cards, Cash Rewards and Gold. Enjoyed intro offer on Cash Rewards of 3% back on up to $10K spend in 1st year. I have 3 BBVA cards in transition to PNC cards early Oct, now you're telling me HSBC cards will transition to who knows!? Something is telling me more buyouts/mergers are on the way.

I have an HSBC gold card, started me with a $3000 credit line several years ago and last year during the pandemic they lowered my limit to under $1000! I was told this happened to 19, 000 customers I rarely use the card and never asked for another increase. But if there is a good bonus to be had, I would not mind taking advantage of it.😁

I don't think HSBC is exiting all of the US. I talked to the premier relationship manager for my account and she said the the premier relationship part of HSBC remains. They only want to deal with who they call as high net worth people. The premiere and Jade clients. I dnk I guess we'll see what happens. As long as I get my 450 dollar bonus I am good. You probably dropping like 10k a month in there with all the bonuses you are getting bro. Lol. Always great to see the videos from you. When is the question and answer video coming out man? Just now viewing this about HSBC. One of the worst banks in existence. If they are exiting all of their US commercial markets then good riddens. On one should have one of their cards. The only reason I had one of their cards several years ago back in NYC because they bought out the original bank which was First Republic bank.
Terrible service, terrible treatment. I paid off the card and deliberately let it get closed . When I was trying to pay my card balance off HSBC sat on the check for several days. When I called to inquire about it I got yelled at on the phone with deniles by a representative and then of course they put my payment through. I never used the card again and let the bank close the account. HBSC = Corruption. They are the worst.☹👎

I liked/didn't like they are very sparse in the USA. But as a true Gelevanter when I lived/Traveled through Southeast Asia they were there.
