Here's the rub, Jack. Once the laptop went into receivership for failure to pay (a "Mechanics Lien, " if you will) the hard drive and it's contents became the property of the shop owner, who, of his own accord, released his personal property into the public domain. So, you're hacking / unauthorized release argument is bunk.

You're fooling no one. It's all about the Orange Man hysteria and your ego's attempt to play god. Not uncommon in those who have been propelled from obscurity to immense wealth in such a short period of time.
