I heard a lot of fake flash drive back then, so i prepared for the worst when buying a new one. The pricing was legit for 64GB, had 5 stars, and back then i thought Sandisk doesn't have many fake spec, unlike Kingston or Toshiba. I bought it, but i didn't "finish" the transaction. I tested it with fake usb tester and it only showed 4GB with 7 MBps transfer rate 😂
Without further ado i requested refund. Surprisingly, the seller immediately accepted the request. Few months later, i went back to the store out of curiousity, only to find that the store was already suspended.

Been there. I just bought it out of curiosity. I knew it was TOO GOOD TO BE Fxxking TRUE. The same thing happened in this video. So I gave a bad review for the fake product and warned people not to buy it. At least I did the pain part so people don't have to.

Those usb sticks should have a signature from the official company that could be checked online. I am still not 100% sure if they are official just by checking at the numbers that the sellers promise.

When looking at reviews, look for a hook. If the 1 and 2 star reviews are high, but the 2 ⭐ ⭐ star is higher than the 3 ⭐⭐⭐, and the 1 ⭐ is even higher than the 2 ⭐ ⭐ reviews, then there's something wrong with the product or listing. At that point you need to read the reviews to figure it out. Sometimes it's a shipping issue or the losting was recycled and all the low ⭐ reviews are from the previous product, but if the reviews show issues and theres a hook in the star rating, then it's a pass. You'll likely get fucked.

I had a teacher in high school who thought it was incredible that she'd bought a 10 TB hard drive from wish. Even felt the need to explain to me how much a terabyte is. I desperately tried explaining to her it won't work. My IT teacher tried. Nothing got through to her. A few assignments got inexplicably interrupted soon after. Not the brightest.

Huh this happened to me as well. I just thought we tried copying over too many files at once and they got corrupted on the way so to speak.

Took 4 days to defrag the drive and delete the contents so I could start again. Still hardly used the thing since too.
Probably explains why virtually nothing runs off the drive.

My dad bought me one of the external drives and yeah it's true. After transporting over 178 GB of pirated anime, it corrupted after a few days and now I lost them all. Over a month of Just non-stop downloading down the drain. This is really useful, and I already sent it to my dad just in case. Ty

It's so bad when the 1 star reviews are often left unread because the ratio of 5 stars to 1 star is like 5:1. The other thing is many buyers don't update their reviews after they notice that there's a problem. It's so easy for a fake shop to sell fake products for quick money...
