Bottom line is the authorities are starting to bring charges against people like this because the changing of the guard is coming and they don't want to look like they have been doing nothing. When in fact they have been sitting on their hands watching the criminality take place. Some will be without a job in the near fire for doing nothing.

“Less short sellers”? I’d bet there are more shares sold short now than any other time in the history of markets. I’d actually go even further and say there are more naked shorts now than there ever has been. Just because it isn’t publicized doesn’t mean it’s not happening.

I never thought I'd see this lol, but they forgot to get Citadel too while they were at it. Dude needs the max sentence. Let's see if Gensler has any balls.

I wonder which hedge funds he was giving early information to? If they know Andrew Left was doing this they would have to know which hedge funds.

Nice! About time one of these financial frat boys got busted. Must have forgotten to pay a bribe or two to SEC, FINRA, DTC, CFTC.

He is not a short seller. He is a pump and dump schemer. He does it with long position as well.

Basically he made a transaction whether a call or put and loaded up then gave financial advice that his customers and retail investors followed and he then jumped as soon as he made money !!!
Hedge funds and market makers heads are going to spin more - Ken griffin is next !!!
