The way that you describe vulnerability, I often timer for two as humility. Essentially, it breaks down to the same foundation of absence of ego.

When I was young, teachers or the leaders of a group would dismiss and insult me for asking the "stupid questions" . Outside of the classroom, away from the eyes of the dismissive teacher or leader, others would come up and say "I am so glad you asked that question. I wanted to ask it but was too scared, and now I have the answer." Another spin on this is being the "stupid one who asks the stupid questions" leads to another dynamic. Again, many years later, others would come up to me and say. "You turned my life around, I became more than I imagined I could be. Simply because I saw you doing it, and knew that I could do the same myself". (There is a sting in the tail here, you are seen as so stupid, poorly resourced, incompetent; that if you can figure a way forward, then any other normal soul with normal influence and power can also make it through). This is the breakthrough. Where that seemingly innocuous, incompetent, unwanted outsider finds a way through and transcends the game; and sets down the foundation stones that other worthy souls and aspirants can also find the ways forward. Many established "authorities" are about how they control the paradigms and pathways. The Shekinah (being female) is dismissed and ridiculed by males as they try to own the dynamics but ignore the source energy. They forget that it was the Shekinah who stood with Gaia at the breach the last time there was an attempt to write sentience off this planet. They think if they swing with more powerful forces, and more of them, that they will "own" the game. They forget. Neither the Shekinah nor Gaia move without God's consent and approval Isaiah 48:3 "I foretold the former things long ago, my mouth announced them and I made them known; then suddenly I acted, and they came to pass." Psalm 106:21 They forgot the God who saved them, who had done great things in Egypt.

As a CEO of a very VERY large software company, I pay people to tell me that I am wrong. If I knew the things they knew, then I wouldn’t need them. I am really just a strategic planner only. I cannot be an expert in every field…and I do not need to be…that is what I pay others for. I need them to tell me if I am being dumb. I need them to confirm or destroy my wild ideas. I need a feedback loop to them all. What they say is factored into the strategy. What he is saying in this video is actually the backbone of my role in the company. Most people don’t now it, but at the very TOP, we need you much more than you think…you think you are all reacting to what the boss says, but we are actually giving instructions based on what YOU say. So if you want to do well I’m a company, approach the boss with ideas. Just make sure they are good. And remember

Two questions. One, why is this guy and Andrew Tate back to back to back in my feed? Two, Why are they saying almost the exact same things?
