I think you can try to surprise when ranged.

They usually get over confident once they see they dominate. So they don't expect much fast stuff.

Stuff like fast q rush to enemy and stun and e out. Or E in aas and q out.

I don't understand how nasus is an easy matchup. If he doesn't int and patiently wait for minute 10 he starts melting you down in every all in and sort trade, as long as he uses Q on you.
