I'm age 66, train twice per day (Resistance and Body - Calisthenics, weight exercise), and walk 60 to 80 miles per week. I could not do this without healthy Nitric Oxide supplements, stress reduction, and green veggies for the past 4 years. Great and needed video Dr. Ross. Bless you!

What an illuminating episode. Reinforces what I learnt from another expert on this named Dr Nathan. I try make huge salad bowls for lunch. My salad bases are mainly arugula and romaine lettuce with red cabbage..Avoid high oxalate leafy greens like spinach and kale.Thank you Dr Rachel and your amazing guest.

Thanks for the recording... The Potassium Nitrate supplement conversation may become the most important video on physiology that I've ever learned from. I'm ordering supplements today. I'm 64 with poor health that I know can improve. I believe in prayer- AND works!!! Okay, I'm editing this post to say that I just found and ordered Potassium Nitrite in a capsule supplement for sports consumption. I normally don't suffer with erectile issues, but with muscle weakness issues. I'll become a new person as this kicks in. Plus, I'm looking forward to decrease unnecessary supplements to those that actually do something that improves my physiological functioning.
