These numbers are extremely doubtful. The USSR suffered 27 million casualties. They did not suffer more civilian casualties than they had soldiers. Germany had 5.5 million soldiers KILLED, millions more wounded, and then another vast number of combatants, as well as having a much larger military than the US throughout the war.
