Every single reviewer has mentioned the no wireless charging. I could care less, a cord will always be faster.

Something is seriously wrong with this world if we actually praise companies for still including a charger, which is not an addition, but a necessity.

Strictly speaking, the OnePlus 11 was designed to be a flagship killer and not a flagship. In other words, they are trying to get back to their roots. To that end, I can't imagine why anybody would think they would put wireless charging in a flagship killer. In fact, flagship killers by definition are dedicated to speed, power and overall efficiency. To achieve this they always leave out gimmicky features like wireless charging in favor of processor, memory and advanced charging technology. Furthermore, who really cares about wireless charging when you can have 80 watt fast charging? Ultimately, flagship killers are designed for the needs of the superuser.
As far as the camera module goes, it kind of reminds me of the 10 Pro only circular. In my opinion, it looks quite ergonomical and futuristic. I don't know why anybody would complain about this. As far as the camera quality is concerned, it is equipped with a hasselblad camera system which is second to none. In fact, the 10 Pro also has a hasselblad camera system and while it started out rough it dramatically improved after a few updates. I strongly suspect that the 11 will achieve the same outcome.
I did want to address the controversy about the color OS and oxygen OS hybrid that OnePlus is using on their recent phones. I really don't understand why people are complaining considering that color OS has a far better layout and many more customizations. In my opinion, people should give it a chance because, it is actually quite user friendly.
Finally, I really don't care about an IP rating. I always put Allstate SquareTrade insurance on my phone's which only cost me $8.99 a month American currency and it covers everything with the exception of theft or loss. Besides, OnePlus always gives their phone adequate water and dust protection that is equivalent to an IP68 rating. However, they usually don't want to drive up the cost of the phone so, they don't bother paying for the rating. Then again, I think almost everybody who knows oneplus phones already knows this.
One thing that I am very happy about on the 11 is that OnePlus brought back dual SIM card ability in the United States versions. That feature has been missing since the eight series. Dual SIM card ability is a big deal to me and others that I know. I definitely think they deserve a pat on the back for that.
I actually just pre-ordered my factory unlocked version on Amazon. I chose the 16 GB of RAM with 256 GB of storage variant. Moreover, I caught a flash deal on it and the price was $699.99. in fact, that is the same price that the 8 GB of RAM variant is selling for. I can't wait until it's delivered on February 20th.

Super Fast Charging is always better than wireless charging

I tried but i just couldn't care less about wireless charging.

To their credit, at least they are still providing a super fast charger straight out of the box while brands like Samsung and Apple not only do not have this level of fast charging but also not providing any sort of charger at all. So why are we being fixated on the so-called flaw of not having wireless charging while normalizing the practice of not having charger by default? Much hypocrisy?

Out of 100%, maybe 15-20% of people in the world use wireless charging, dive, swim with their phone. Why would the remaining 80-85% pay more for a higher iP68 certificate and wireless charging if it doesn't mean much to them, or even nothing. In addition, you also have to buy a wireless charger, which must also be connected to the power supply via a cable. Don't forget the Samsung S series has neither a regular nor a wireless charger, which again costs much more. Like the iphone.

Have been using my new OnePlus 11 for the last one week and boy! No bloatware, Phone's smooth as silk and extremely fast in day to day use. Use emails, messaging, docs from drives, social media all at the same time, have 10 apps open all day and battery still at 20% after 24 hours since charging. Great battery optimisation. Very happy with OnePlus this time.

2:20 0-50% in 10mins and on 5000mah battery, I bet no wireless charger can come close. Hence it's best to ditch to outdated slow wireless charging, until there is Wireless charging that can match those similar speeds.

The 5 worst things about the OnePlus 11 in Europe are the price, the price, the price, the price and the price

Not exactly the Flagship Killer company we fell in love with. But if this phone is a sign of things to definitely could mean they are going back to their roots. And that is the part that gets me the most excited 😊👍. I definitely won't be getting this phone. But I'm really excited to see how they are starting to slowly become their former Flagship Killer Company self that they once used to be.

Even my S23 Ultra cameras are a hit and miss yet so I don't see why OnePlus wouldn't.

Like stock market, support the brand when it is its lowest and trying to redeem. I see OP11 as their sincere attempt to get back that flagship killer title. Future OP11 devices may or may not be better but I find this one actually a very good deal. Maybe they could release some updates for notifications and camera bugs and it would be just like old OOS.

Man you superficial reviewers really need to step away. No one cares about fingerprints. We normal people use cases because we buy a phone all 4-5 years. No one cares about wireless charging. The only difference is that you plug it in vs. not plugging in. It's a matter of 1-2 seconds. Also, it is super slow, so you will plug it in in the end.

Let me review this for normal people:
The display is a concern. It's an old Samsung E4 panel and OnePlus had green line issues in the past.
The software update policy is a concern. In the past OnePlus took a lot of time to deliver updates. Like months behind Samsung. Also their warranty service is not the best. So if you have issues don't expect Samsung or Apple level service.
The price in Europe is a joke. don't buy it at this price.
Only IP 64. It's 2023. Every flagship smartphone needs IP 68.

That's why you don't buy this phone unless it goes on sale. You guys are welcome.

I think they just need to get the cameras right or bring back a feature such as an sd card slot if they arent going for high waterproof ratings. Or they can be among the first to go to 144/165hz. Phone upgrades dont feel like upgrades anymore, but the biggest weakness for OnePlus has always been the camera

I've upgraded from OP 8pro to the 11! It's amazing 🎉
Never faced any issues in OP all these years!

So many phones now are slippery. Maybe it makes it look nice for promo material, but then you have to get a case so it gets much uglier. Wish there were more matte phones.
