I have so much empathy, compassion and respect for Abby and Libby's family members.

Imagine losing someone in a horrific way and then having to be hounded with questions all while trying to grieve? The grieving never stops. Especially in cases like this one. I’m so sorry for their loss.

I'm glad the lady reporter got a chance to talk to the grandmother afterward to let her know she didn't mean anything hurtful. The grandmother let her know the same in return. I'm sure the reporter felt mortified that she'd caused offense at first.
