Of course, couldn’t get a good look at him being escorted. Always someone perfectly blocking the view. Never fails.

I live in indiana and was living in carroll county when all of this 1st happened and im speaking from experience dephi is a very crooked county and most of the police are corrupt they themselves do not obey the law and before anyone thonks it im not a criminal ive just seen a lot of the corruption and it makes me sick

Oh boy, Indiana has some serious justice issues... And very unprofessional law enforcement. No matter how you shake it, locking an unconvicted person person into a level 5 shoe, is unconstitutional AF... again, unprofessional, untrained, court's and law enforcement. Elected law, isn't a great idea. Merit, and training, and education...

I worked as a Nurse in a State MS prison. Shackles are commonplace, the food is Horrible (many inmates go on hunger strikes). He is better off where he is, though, because they have decent health care, psychiatric care and social workers. I think Anyone facing life in prison or the death penalty would be depressed.

He admitted he was at the bridge at the same time as the girls. His voice is identical. His wife posted video of him wearing the blue jacket. He’s guilty.
Glad the judge is releasing more evidence:

Something doesn't add up in this case! Am not surprised that LE pinned Richard Allen into this. It's as if it is intentional for him to deteriorate in prison.

Put him in prison before he even goes to trial.Wake up people this isn’t Korea or China

Don't let him slowly kill himself off before you can get what info you need from him.

Ok, let the killer rot in prison, but maybe wait until he's actually been convicted for the crime. I'm not saying he should be let loose, but maximum security confinement while waiting for trial... Idk. Imagine if the guy is innocent? I don't think he is, but imagine. Yikes

This man hasn't been found guilty of anything. Where is humanity?! Jesus, this could be an innocent man that you're all happy to let suffer.

From the looks of it, he’s not going to make it to January.
I have thoughts on this deterioration….
I don’t think ANYBODY he’s around in there, is treating him properly.
Other inmates down to the guards.
He looks PETRIFIED and suspicious of what’s going on around him.
I’m all for it if he’s guilty. It would be awful if he is innocent.

They better be able to prove they have had that bullet since the murders took place. Kinda feels like they are trying to save their asses by lying about finding a bullet and using the warrant to take on from his house and say it was found at the scene when it really want. This whole case feels like it's missing key links and information. Without a confession everything is very circumstantial.

It doesn’t matter what jail he goes to. He’s going to have to be in solitary. I had a friend that was part of a robbery that turned to murder and women were going to jail in hopes of getting their hands on her. I don’t think he’s going to make it to trial.

If Cass County can secure him, it would be better to transfer him there so the attorneys have easier access. Perhaps he'll eat in a different environment. Interesting his attorneys aren't denying Allen made some admissions to an inmate, just that the admissions aren't reliable. I'm happy to hear there will be a document release next week.
