The "page up" trick doesn't work in real DOS. It only works when you're running a DOS prompt from within Windows. :-)

Unfortunately it will not run 3.1 because they officially dropped support for systems without the ability to use protected mode on the processor. However it is running DOS 5.00 and Windows 3.0 without issue. Although Windows 3.0 is a bit useless.

Nice PC! If you have time, could you post the contents of that drive as it is virtually impossible to find a copy of PC Dos 5.0 for cheap. (I ordered a model 25 off eBay and need an operating system.)

I really need help finding a HDD for one of these, I have the color version with two drives but one of the drives is dead, but information seems to be lacking on these machines, the cable that plugs into the hard drive is it a SCSI edge connector cable?
