Lately I have been touching my face so much, that my skin is getting so bad. And i finally found this video, it was very helpful. Sounds easy but it's actually tough to not touch your face when you have a habit. I'm trying to follow all the tips, hopefully i get rid of the bad habit and my skin gets better

This was fantastic and very timely with all the concerns with Coronavirus. It's something I've struggled with, but found that the easiest way for me to curb the habit was to do shift habits by doing something with my hands (as I'm sat at a desk most of the day, I'd usually pick up a pen and fidget with it for a few seconds which shifts my focus).

I just came across this video and I must say these tips are very useful! I've been struggling with acne and spots bcoz I'm always touching my face unconsciously and of course with covid around not touching my face is only going to prove a good habit! Thanks a lot for this video :)

I guess you could say I took the easy way out. My younger brother has always been germ conscious and has a habit of wiping his face with his shirt shoulder or upper sleeve. Now that everyone keeps saying Don't touch your face! I find myself mimicking him. It satisfies the need to touch without increasing the risk of infection. Brainy baby brothers are a blessing! :) <3

🔥 After washing drying your hands put 1 or 2 drops of habanero sauce on 3 or 4 finger tips rub in by touching left and right fingertips together .

I do something similar. When trying to remember something, I would take an item out of its ordinary place so it would constantly bother me.

I have asthma, so these days i'm really scared about getting the coronavirus. Sometimes i have shortness of breath and I panic because i think I could be sick already. And i don't know if it is just my asthma or if it is because of the anxiety (kind of psychosomatic), because when i'm distracted I usually feel better. How could i deal with this? I'm really worried, i couldn't sleep at all last night...
