I’m currently pregnant and my babies father passed away two weeks ago, this song speaks to me on a whole other level and all I can do is cry

This song feels like loving someone who's not ready to fall in love. You're just there slowly suffocating and dying inside.

Probably wouldn't believe how many times I've listened to this since it dropped, timing was everything.

I lost my 21 yr old brother to an overdose 7 months ago. I listen to this song all the time and can't help but think of him. We lost him two months shy of his 22nd birthday. I miss him everysingleday. He was a wonderful soul taken by Creator too early. This song, especially this version, is so beautiful and amazing.

My dog died in the pet E.R. two nights ago. This song came on while we were driving home and so now I have a certain appreciation for this song. R.I.P. James (11-16 to 05-08-24). Fly high baby ❤‍🩹🕊

It touches many people on many levels. I am a happily married man but it made me cry because it is so soulful. Hits me on a level I didn't know was there. Hope he wins a Grammy.

This song is so much better than anything in the country music genre today.. This song really grips the soul, it really is beautiful.
I’m not trying to be “that guy” but I’ve dealt with so much tragedy and heartbreak in my 32 years on this earth.. I’ve lost all of my uncles, all my grandpas, 1 gramma, my momma, my cousin, and several friends.. at this point I feel like my life has been one big shit show. I’m married (8 years) with 2 step sons (youngest calls me daddy) but I still have those days where I can’t get out of my own way. Hearing this song tonight really brought a sense of peace and Im grateful for that.. I’ve listened to it 3 times now and I just can’t get enough

Heard it for the first time today and was immediately taken back to a happier time then crushed by reality. Powerful song sir. It entices emotion which is exactly what it's supposed to do

Dude I found your music when I was in my lowest of lows. You helped through some very hard times, and stopped me from doing some very stupid shit that I would’ve regretted. God bless you bro

This song/album should be in discussion for greatest song/album of the year. You can feel and hear that a 110% was put into this album. There is a song for everyone to relate to. The music is amazing. And the songwriting, well, it’s on another level. Hope this album blows up to #1. Well done!

This song reminds me of my grandmother. She died of colon cancer when I was only 10 years old. She was always so concerned with making everyone around her happy that she ignored the signs for years. By the time she decided to get it checked out it had spread throughout her entire body. 23 years later and I think about her all the time. Besides my wife, she was the greatest woman I've ever know. Miss her.
