The Easiest way to get more Veggies in Without Even Really Trying! Easy Recipe !

This is a tasty recipe the family will love! if you have picky eaters that dont like seeing the veggies on their plates, you will love this!

Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey or chicken
1/2 onion
1/2 cup grated sweet potato
1/2 cup grate carrot
3 cloves garlic
1 egg
1/4 cup bread crumbs
fresh herbs: sage, thyme, rosemary
1/2 tsp garlic powder, onion powder, complete seasoning
1/4 tsp smoke paprika
1/4 tsp cajun seasoning
salt/ pepper to taste

Dipping sauce
2 tbsp mayo
2 tbsp dijon mustard
1/2 tbsp honey
1 tsp brown sugar
few drops of cayenne or hot sauce
