Watching these videos as a mexican is painful, lots of misinformation and stereotypes. But I don’t blame them, as Cathy says Mexico is not exactly well represented in the media which is a shame because Mexico is a beautiful country with an incredibly rich culture. Sure we have lots of problems too, but all the tourists spots aren’t war zones.

Sad to know that even Mexico was the first country to recognize Japan as an equal nation and offered an equal agreement with them since half the 19th century, a lot of stuff japanese enjoy like chocolate for example are originated here.

Mexico isn't a big desert with cactus all over the place, there are snowy places on the north and centeral parts of the country (like in Chihuahua, or Edo. Mex.), jungles (Chiapas, Guerrero), deserts (Sonora), historic places like pyramids in the capital, the mayan riviera, and Tabasco, a lot of beautiful beches (not just Cancun ffs) sad to know our country isn't well represented in the world, is like saying Italy is just pizzas and japan samurais.

As a mexican that doesn't like to dance that much, I think I failed to my nation. (?)
Something interesting is they'd like to eat local food. I visited (and loved) Canada, but there wasn't that much local food to choose from aside from maple syrup and sausages. Almost everything at restaurants was food from several countries around the world. In Mexico we have an insane amount of food not even mexicans have tasted all of it! (and it doesn't not have to be spicy, lol.)

The chocolate y'all like and enjoy in places like france, etc, it origins and comes from Mexico, chocolate.
Coffee origins from Colombia and Mexico, and both shares the #1 best coffee of the world. (I'm involved in the industry).
And...man, there's a huge list of reasons to why to come visit Mexico and why it is in the TOP touristic countries in the world...

Japan got Yakuzas and stuff, Italia got Mafias, USA got psychops, Mexico got Narcos, countries that got terrorist, and etc, we all from different countries have our trash and to what to deal...

Honestly, Mexico is a GREAT place to visit, not to live (as for now..)

I'm from Mexico, and I'm sad that Japanese don't know about Mexico, it is a nice and cool contry. Mexican Flag is one of the most beautifuls of the word!! We have delicious food of different kind and flavors, and good music, and wonderful and originals traditions many historic is Mexico, and we Don't discriminate, we are very open-mind, and we speak to all the people, don't matter where you are from, and we are funny, and we love to learn about other contries, Mexico is nice, come to visit us!!!;)

México is one of the most visited countries of the world, ranked every time from 6th to 8th place and continues to climb. When it comes to flora, fauna, and amazing landscapes, México is surprisingly diverse. In fact, it's one of the top five countries in the world in terms of biodiversity. Food, people, nature, music, sports, etc... etc...I agree with people when they say " Mexico is indeed a world of its own" because in fact it is, even for us Mexicans. There's a Japanese rock-band called "Band-Maid" and in a recent interview overseas they said that Mexico is the best country they have visited around the world through the years, and they have visited North America, Asia and Europe. There are more and more examples like this.
They just have to give themselves the opportunity to know the world, what is important is that tourists and travellers gather the sort of knowledge that only comes from first-hand experience, not through the media, and this will eventually make them change their minds for good. Mexico loves you world :D

I live in Mexico, Mexico is a beautiful country, depending which part you visit, Mexico is a very happy country and people are very cheerful, we also love to have parties and dance, so there are so many festive dates here, the most beautiful parts of Mexico are San Miguel de Allende, Cancun and Los Caños those are the only ones I have visit be I really recommend it, i think they are right with the food, we eat a lot of spicy food.
