Let's be honest, Smith's career took a monumental nosedive when he began making awful movies with his kids and he's been churning out stinkers left right and centre ever since. The "slap that was heard around the world" was just the sound of the final nail going in his coffin. He won't survive this because there's nothing much to salvage of his career. As for Chris Rock, I can see an even brighter future for him now.
