Gonna have to show this to my meat-eating partner (we started dating before I went vegan). Now I'm totally inspired to make vegan "cheeseburger mac" using Beyond Meat beef crumbles and this stuff! I've made so many lackluster batches of vegan mac n' cheese, and sampled so many commercial ones that weren't up to snuff either, that I've kind of thrown in the towel.  If  one of those sudden, paralyzing mac n' cheese cravings hits me in the future, though, I'll look for this product.  Thanks for posting : )

I may have to try this brand. I've tried the Cheddar and White Cheddar versions of Earth Balance's mac n cheese, but I didn't really care for either. Homemade vegan mac n cheese will always be where it's at.

I also eat HCLF and I just ordered these to try.Thanks for the review! I am going to add in tofutti cream cheese (vegan and only 5g fat for 2 tbs ) in place of the "butter subsitute" :) hopefully its a hit with my kids.

Earth Balance has 2 kinds of boxed Mac n cheese! Annie's Homegrown also came out with 2 kinds (1 gluten free) of vegan Mac n cheese made from sweet potato and some other starch! So it's healthier than the other vegan Mac n cheese on the market

Before I was Vegan I never really liked Mac and Cheese. It is still something I do not desire, but I'll HAVE to show this to my family! None of them are vegan because they won't give up dairy or eggs. "It's just too hard."

I forgot what the recipe is but cashews, walnuts and some other stuff in a food processor makes the best substitute for fettuccine Alfredo sauce <3 I gotta find that recipe again lol
