Union Budget 2024 | Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman unveiled the Union Budget 2024-25 on July 23, announcing significant reductions in customs duties for products like cancer medicines, mobile phones, gold, silver, and platinum. Mobiles and chargers will see a 15% duty cut, while gold and silver will now have a 6% duty, and platinum 6.4%. Conversely, customs duties on ammonium nitrate and non-biodegradable plastics will increase, while telecom products face a hike to 15% duty.

Where as other state in south such as Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry, Goa no fund allocated by the government instead which should demand separate country from the south
