I am pro iodine. I am very confused as to her sounding pro iodine and even describing how it would be important to everyone, yet she doesn't take it herself. Leaves me scratching my head. ??

How much longer is it going to be controversial ? Just stop calling it that way l, you are only adding to the misunderstanding

6:49 "if I was going to add one to the top three iodine would be in there. Probably along with like the animal form of [vitimin] "A", and Benfotiamine [a synthetic form of vitamin B1 (thiamine)], because those are the things that really lacking and that lead to the Cancers and the the toxic buildup and some of those things . Those would be more preventative, but yeah it it would be a good idea to have the iodine."

This instruction sounds more specific and educational than other iodine docs and interviews.

She says it's not something she does (supplement with iodine) and sounds non-commmital about whether to recommend thru the video, but then at the end says Yes, it would be a good idea?? (Not on the same page as Dr. Elizabeth Bright). I love your probing, insightful questions, Jesse.

When you asked what iodine was toxic in the 50s and she filled the air with a BS non answer, she lost my trust completely.

I don't trust anyone who pretends to know everything and is unable to say "I don't know" when they obviously don't know.

I would be interested to know why she doesn’t supplement with iodine.

So, nothing about selenium? If you dont take selenium with iodine, its much harder for the body to use it, and you can cause issues.

What form of magnesium is good for humans? Acetal Taurine works good for me.

I've seen a few of your clips now and I have to say all the guests I've seen so far are really bad closed minded with affectations of know it all. Not a hint of humility in the face of the vast universe of unknowns we all swim in.

You really need to press these bad guests a bit harder with questions they avoid or flagrant inconsistencies in their presentation to get some credibility at least back on you when your guests are torching their own credibility on your show.

One reason Joe Rogan and others are so good is because they call out BS and press their guests when it's obvious. they interview for the audience, not the host.

15% lugols iodine for the win. Bought a 100ml bottle for £20 about 4 years ago. Take a single drop a day in water (about 18.25mg of iodine). Still have about 20% of the bottle... doesn't take much.

But she won’t touch it… so I learn so much, but then THAT. I leave this, not … feeling any more confidant about taking it.

Well, I must not be deficient. 1 drop test dose, hours and days of unifocal PVCs and even bigeminy. Cardiac cleared and 3 days later, tapering arrythmia finally.

She's an expert who believes we're most;y deficient in iodine, encourages preventative supplementation yet she doesn't supplement herself, despite admitting exposure to common halogens that are antagonistic to iodine?

4:30 she say lugol's is a company. Lugol's is NOT a company.
