I read this a year or so ago for one of my book clubs and really enjoyed it. I thought I heard that he was coming out with a sequel, but haven't heard anything more on that.

In the United States, a lot of people still use the word "Indian, " although I've heard Native people say they prefer the terms "Native" or "Indigenous" or their tribal affiliation.

Oh my gosh I literally just finished this on Thursday lol. Isn't that like the second time this has happened? We need to buddy read something because we're on the same page way too much. I pretty much agreed with all your thoughts. It was so powerful and wonderful, but there were like one or two characters that absolutely lost me in the second half lol. He's got another book coming out next year and I'm really excited for it.
