Easy Peasy Potatoes

EASY PEASY SOUR CREAM POTATOES 😵 YUM! This is SUCH an easy side to dinner and perfect for the whole family 🤤

Rough Recipe (change for your amounts!)

White potatoes
Sour cream
Sweet chilli sauce
Chives
Seasonings (oil, salt/pepper, garlic granules, oregano, paprika)

Directions:
✅Boil your potatoes (washed) in salted water for 20 minutes.
✅Chop into bite sized pieces and add to a tray.
✅Season with oil, salt, pepper, oregano, garlic granules and a big squeeze of lemon). Massage it all in to make sure it’s completely seasoned.
✅Add to oven on 180°c for 30 minutes or until crispy.
✅Spread sour cream onto a plate and drizzle with sweet chilli over the top. Top with chives
✅ Top with potatoes & more chives and serve! Dip dip the potatoes into the sour cream on the way to your plate 😝
