Easy Peasy Mash Potato

Join us for a step-by-step video tutorial to create homemade mashed potatoes to introduce new textures to your growing babies🥰🥣!

Ingredients:
🥔1 medium potato
🥛Breast milk or Love Earth Soymilk Powder
🍄1/2 teaspoon of Love Earth Baby Powder (Mushroom)
🧄1/2 teaspoon of Love Earth Baby Powder (Garlic)
🥥1 teaspoon of Love Earth Baby Oil

1. Peel the potato and chop it into small pieces
2. Place the potato pieces into a small pot
3. Add water until cover the potato pieces
4. Cook the potatoes until tender for 15 to 20 minutes
5. Drain the water and allow the potatoes to cool down
6. Mash the potatoes using a fork until smooth consistency
7. Add Breast milk or Love Earth Soymilk to soften the texture.
8. Add Love Earth Baby Oil to the mashed potatoes and Love Earth Baby Powder Mushroom and Garlic for extra flavour.
9. Let the mashed potatoes to cool down and serve to the baby!
