I had to sort of face this with my team today! Perfect timing.

I'm happy to share that I've quoted "Openness" value (glad to see that was in video as well ) and called out to team to try a new approach of working for couple of sprints and then asked to put it in Retro if you don't see it adding value.

Great work guys! I love the biblical metaphor you've used here. I've always felt there is something virtuous about Scrum that's appealing to me as a Christian 👍

Great discussion again, thank you! A different topic that came to my mind: where do you place activities like benefit estimation, change impact analysis, stakeholder identification etc. (classic waterfall stuff that's still needed in many cases)Is that also part of a sprint? If yes, what's the product? Who is the product owner? Or is this something the product owner needs to do separately outside the scrum framework?

Hey guys! always love your insights. Not sure this is a question for a vid but just curious your thoughts. I'm looking to transition out of a full time ministry career and get into a SM position. Will be getting a PSM cert but what are some high priority things I should be looking into? Have you seen someone ever go from a ministry career or non-profit type job into SM? Thanks for putting out amazing stuff keep it up please!
