This was great. I love teaching by example. This really helped me to better picture in my head what a retrospective should look like.

Woohooo, questions are back! Lets go!🔥
I often get that question when applying to a new job. And my answer is: learning by observing and talking to the team. Get to know the context of what is happening and why. Good advice from me is to use the Cynefin framework to support you in assessing where the team is and what actions you need to take. From a Scrum perspective, I would first look at: is the team delivering an increment each sprint? If no, resolve this and by doing so you will come across and fix, a lot of impediments.

As always, it's a good episode.

I have a question regarding Acceptance Criteria and DoD. AC is for a user story and DoD is for increment. AC is not mentioned in Scrum Guide at all but DoD is. But it cause confusion for the people to step into the Scrum. Will you talk about it in more details? Thanks! --Junlong.
