I disagree with you on the following grounds;
1. The recommended plant population in Kenya for high potential areas is 24, 000 plants per acre, while your analysis is based 27, 000 plants.
2 The fertilizer you are recommending lack some essential nutrient like potassium, sulfur, magnesium, boron and zinc which are necessary for optimum maize yield.
3. Your calculation is based on all plants producing double cobs of equal size. Such uniformity is not achievable. You will get some plants with single cobs and many with cobs of different sizes.
4. You have given good advice on safeguarding against loss due to fall armyworm and maize stalk borer. But you have not factored losses due to other pests like termites, birds, wild animals or even rotten grain due to rainfall.

I counted 1 kg of medium sized, yellow maize. I got 1, 900 seeds. A plus or minus 5% margin of error could give you a maximum of 2, 000 seeds.
