Hi regarding the overall heat transfer coefficient calculation for the condensing steam, should I take the properties of the steam or the saturated liquid?

How is the conservation of energy accounted for, q_hot will be zero from q_h = cp_h *m_dot_h*(T_h1 -T_h2), I know assumptions can be made that if the shell is large enough the temperature of the hot fluid will not change, but how would one go about calculating that required area? Or am I missing something?

hi, if there is a heat exchanger attached to a power cycle and there is input and output of powercycle, how to we solve such a problem and what do we have to calculate?
