I won the Halloween episode in 2019 and the judges joked about giving me a fake ID with the 10k but it got cut out of the episode

The episodes should have ended with the contestants fighting to the death with their weapons.

I think the funniest part about this show is that during the Veterans special, the dude from the Navy had a hat with I think had the Navy Emblem on, which they blurred out. On the veteran special.

Lets make a petition to add Doug Marcaida in Mortal Kombat 11
Edit: his intro would be like:
Doug: are you ready for me to test your weapon?
Blacksmith: go on.
Victory pose:
Doug: *casually aproaches blacksmith * about your weapon, overall, it will keal.
Fatality:
Rock music starts playing and Doug begins cutting the oponent in pieces.
Doug: your weapon is amazing, it will keal

One bit about Forged in Fire that I did appreciate when I watched it is that they didn’t play up the competition angle too much. You’d expect a reality show to really try to get a rise out of the competitors and/or have them in pointlessly angry conflict, but in the episodes I watched the contestants were fairly friendly and in some cases would even help each other. It’s much more about the craft and seeing how well you can do and how you can improve.

Your description of “American men who make swords in their free time” is truly accurate

I watch this show on TV, & I watch clips of it on Youtube all the time, yet I never get it in my recommended. I guess Susan's jealous because her sword broke in the strength test.

Keal to be more family friendly, a minute after cutting a ballistic gel with multiple organs a blood.

If you've never broken a blade as a bladesmith... you have a bladesmith.

So much wisdom in one line

I actually got to make a knife in the home forge of the winner of Season 5 Episode 27, the one where they made the Rambo Knife and the 1, 000 Layer Katana. It was really cool, he even still had the chalkboard drawing of the katana layers he added up.
