We have guys on the internet blowing WAY more money on much more useless things here on YouTube, and you guys decide the guy eating paying $300 (the equivalent 4 meals at Outback Steakhouse/insert mediocre steakhouse/bbq shack here) for an entire brisket he can eat on for a few days is the guy you want to give a hard time to? Ain't no way ! I'm not trying to sound like a Debbie Downer but it looked like the jouce only flowed from the fat on top and wasn't incorporated throughout the brisket..If you want a cheaper and just as good and imo better brisket that you order, try "Les BBQ"

Not worth it - you could buy a snake river farms gold rated waygu brisket and smoke that yourself for 220 dollars.
