You can also rinse, dry, roll up in a paper towel and put it in a ziplock bag but don’t seal the bag. I’ve had cilantro and parsley last 2-3 weeks like that. Don’t know how dill does with this method, but I’ve been super happy with the other two herbs.

You should have an herb garden if you use herbs all the time. Saves a lot of money and they are always fresh. 😊

Or you can buy them as a plant in the store and just water when required. If they wilt cut them off and they will regrow. Only water when dirt feels a little dry. You’ll save a lot of money 🙂

Yep this actually works. I use a ton of fresh cilantro this is how i keep it from getting bad.

Cool way to do it! Make sure you change your bags fairly often tho. Single use plastics like that often degrade very quickly and can coat your food

If you're cooking with them, you can also freeze them on a cookie sheet and then transfer to a bag. I do this to preserve the harvest of herbs from my garden over winter.

If you put them in direct sunlight or indirect sunlight, they will continue growing :-)
