1970 GTO Judge Review & Test Drive

That's right, this is the real deal! This 1970 Pontiac GTO is absolutely one mean machine with "Ram-Air" induction, D-port heads, and an authentic Judge wing. Introduced in 1969, the "Judge" package for the Pontiac GTO was intended as a low-cost, high performance option to compete toe-to-toe with the Plymouth Road Runner. Keeping true to how the GTO Judge was fitted from the factory, this Judge is powered by a YS-Code 400 C.I. V8 paired to a 4-barrel carburetor. Power gets to rear end through a Judge-unique Hurst "T-Grip" 4-speed manual transmission. The white paint and GTO Judge decals are presented beautifully over a straight body that has been buffed to an absolutely gorgeous shine. The black bucket seats with center console are very comfortable, perfect for cruising! Options on this Judge include power steering, Ram-Air induction, D-port heads, center console, Hurst "T-Grip" shifter, a factory AM/FM radio, and a dual exhaust system. The Judge is dressed in some great-looking factory-style Pontiac steel wheels on top of some perfectly-matched Firestone Firehawk RWL tires. For those who believe they've got a case for owning a Judge, put on your best suit and wear your best tie, because court is now in session.

Cool car. Next GTO on my bucket list. Good video. Test drive and all. Altho YS isn't the original RAIII motor. Should be a WS for a stick, YZ for TH400. Car has potential. Guess it's already sold. Hope you got a good price for it.

Looks good the only thing it's missing I think being the judge is the hood tech

Yes the 70 is the best year and notice the beauty rings that are not supposed to be on there however I would put them on too

Hood tach was an option on all Gtos and not standard on the Judge.

I would have left it in the original copper color. Don’t understand why the color change. Looks good however and sounds good

Beautiful car think about today's technology though they got four cylinders running 12 seconds that's what a 14-7 quarter mile car. Damn beautiful though

I had one identical to this one in 1979, I bought it from a Commander over on the Navy Base in Hawaii it was ''sweet'' later I stupidly traded it for a Trans Am.. '''Stupid move on my part..

I'd get some new shoes for it, year one Pontiac retro rally 17s, and disc brakes with new anti bump steer control arms definitely looks like a dash board cap also

this is a first, I dont like it because its white and Decals (Lame). Never been a fan of that rear spoiler. All of this detracts from the car if you asked me.
