The ones with the tiny seeds are fig rolls filled with dry fruits like almond and cashew.
The green one is probably a pan petha type deal, again stuffed with dry fruits.
The middle row is chocolate barfi (on the top) and probably peda or barfi (on the bottom) the oval white stuff with the hello dot and pistachio garnish is cham cham.
And silver leaf though pricey can be found on all sweets here.

mimo, that silver stuff (silver leaf which is just like gold leaf but made out of silver) is actually not that pricey! it's often used in sweets at a huge scale and they're pretty cheap.
