How would a wider tire affect my cruisers ride and handling, thinkin of going from 180/70/16-200/70/16 or maybe 60

Why dont they just list the TIRE diameter also on the tire not just rim diameter. I acually need to know how high is the entire tire

is it 60% of tire width, or is it 60 mm ?

60% of width so 50% of 160 is 80 plus 10% meaning it's height is 96mm not 60. A widder tire will give you less cornering capability on a factory rim. If you get a widder rim then it should behave just like your stock size except for the difference in the tire model itself.
