Flecktarn of Bundeswehr is the classic to me and Strichtarn of Nationale Volksarmee is the sleeper hit.

Cold War had so many beautiful camo patterns.

Banana camo from Metal Gear is underrated, also the new Ian McCollum Camo that was just revealed is pretty good too

Canadian Digital CadPat goes hard and is still in use.

I'm sticking with Alpenflage. It's served me well in my local areas on multiple occasions and nearly year-round to boot. Multi-cam may be superior, but Alpenflage is still very effective where I use it.

Original 68' pattern British DPM. Very similar to modern multicam patterns in shade and form, and it was much more effective than the later, darker DPM variants.
Also think German Flecktarn is very effective, especially in wooded areas

Canadian Cadpat and the German Flecktarn are very cool camo patterns and while idk about Cadpat but the flecktarn is getting replaced by a newer camo pattern which is closer to multicam.

In my opinion I think the Multi Terrain Pattern (MTP) is possible the best camouflage to date simply because of how effective it is in all environments, jungle, woodland, desert and anything with concealment. It's based off on their DPM camouflage with similar colours of Multicam. If you compare the differences between Multicam and MTP you can tell there is a massive difference between the two as on paper they do look very similar. But overall the MTP works best in a lot if not all environments just because it breaks the human character so well.
