For those wondering, on the capes mojang noticed people kept getting them when it was 2020, which obviously shouldnt happen since its not 2015, so this was their way of "fixing" it, luckily i had it before the price change

Just to answer the question, I ask Quinn (head of Minecraft marketplace partner program) and according to him it was illegal to buy it so they make a gap of how many minecoin you can buy (i think it's 50k)
