How to spot a CRAPPY Mouthguard!

I see a lot of poorly constructed mouthguards, and people don't seem to know what to look for when they have these things made.
In this video, I'll give you 4 criteria to be able to discern if you have a well-made mouthguard, or a crappy one.

I am using a lower OS that I wear on my front lower teeth only (dentist recommended) and it really helps me sleep comfortably and allows my jaw to relax in the correct position but when it's out the muscles get very tight. I hope they loosen up soon I still have trouble eating bigger meals and I been almost a year. Only 3 weeks for the guard so I need to be patient lol. Great video.

Is there any risk of using mouth guards if you have a lot of crowns in your mouth? Im about to get one from my dentist however a little nervous about when i take it off it pulling a crown out or making them loose

I have an open bite in which my front teeth don't touch and my back teeth does, any solution for that?
