So... You're trying to convince the public, that trained police officers didn't know how to use a new weapon in their arsenal? They didn't test them first? Considering that every officer must pass exams for shooting, on a firing range at least 3 times a year, I find this very disturbing.
If I'm out there exercising my right to protest, my expectation is not to come out of it missing an eye. Or, permanently brain damaged. Knowing Austin's past, I'm sure someone in the department was thinking, 'Well, at least, they didn't rape them."
